Senior Process Development Engineer

Senior Process Development Engineer responsible for developing processes and equipment to introduce new products into manufacturing sites with a focus on safe, high-quality, and cost-effective results. Responsibilities include identifying or developing process and equipment technology, characterizing and optimizing processes, validating manufacturing lines, and leading or contributing to new product introduction (NPI) efforts and production-line layouts. You will support internal and external customers’ expectations, plan engineering projects with measurable milestones, and ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems, FDA regulations, safety, environmental, and security requirements. The role emphasizes continuous improvement, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration, with opportunities to mentor other engineers, drive innovative technologies, and influence manufacturing capabilities. Occasional travel may be required. You will be evaluated on safety, quality KPI achievement, timely delivery of projects, and implementation of systematic improvements. You will also participate in defining goals, objectives, and roadmaps for process and technology advancement, contributing to Integer’s Manufacturing Excellence and Market Focused Innovation strategies.
