Job Summary
The Senior Process Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, safety, quality, and productivity. Key responsibilities include analyzing production workflows, resolving process issues, and leading improvement initiatives. The role requires collaboration with production, engineering, quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree and over 5 years of relevant experience, including expertise in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent manufacturing experience
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations or process coordination
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, quality, and operations teams
- Familiarity with automotive lighting manufacturing, including coatings and paint systems
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
