Job Summary
Perform detailed AML investigations into escalated alerts from L1 analysts; analyze complex transaction patterns and blockchain flows, utilizing blockchain analytics tools (e.g., Chainalysis Reactor) to trace funds. Identify and document suspicious activity, prepare high-quality investigative case narratives and SAR filings, and collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and FIU to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any stream from a recognized university
- minimum 3 years of AML investigation experience in Transaction monitoring (preferably in crypto or fintech)
- hands-on experience with blockchain analytics tools (Chainalysis, TRM, Elliptic)
- strong understanding of blockchain technology and crypto typologies
- experience with SAR investigation and regulatory reporting
- excellent written and analytical skills
