Job Summary
Senior Process Architect in Madrid leads end-to-end supply chain process design across Plan / Source / Deliver and key interfaces, defines scalable process standards, governance mechanisms, and KPIs; partners with Business Systems to translate process intent into data requirements and acceptance criteria; drives cross-functional problem solving, implementation, and adoption while applying data-driven ROI and risk-based prioritization.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in supply chain process design, operations excellence, operating model, transformation, or related roles
- Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Experience with enterprise platforms, preferably Oracle
- Strong systems thinking and ability to translate process intent into data requirements, KPI definitions, business rules, and acceptance criteria
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority
- Experience with analytics, automation, and AI tools for process mapping and root-cause analysis
- Change management methodology experience
- Lean/Six Sigma or equivalent preferred
