Senior Process Architect

Job Summary
Lead strategic development of process-focused projects for highly technical buildings, integrating equipment, processes, and people while ensuring compliance with cGMP regulations. Communicate with clients and process engineers to assess needs, develop architectural programs, and guide designs from conceptual planning through construction documentation. Oversee development of construction drawings and specifications, participate in research and specification of building components, and mentor junior staff. Build and maintain client and industry relationships, lead new opportunity pursuits, and author process-focused proposals. Travel as required for client development and project execution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Architecture or Master's of Architecture, or degree in a related field with demonstrated cGMP planning experience
- At least 10 years of related experience in a Process Architect role
- Proven track record of successfully delivering architectural projects from concept to completion, demonstrating a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of regulatory requirements (FDA, EU, cGMP, etc.), building codes, construction materials, and industry best practices
- Technical proficiency in Revit and MS Office software
- Excellent communication skills – including speaking, writing, and graphic communication - are a must. This includes being able to speak confidently and concisely, leading conversations in the programming and planning phases of a project, and developing materials to support those conversations
- Can interpret building program requirements and effectively generate architectural design options and solutions
- Flexibility to travel (occasionally to moderate, depending on project location)
