Senior Process Architect

Job Summary
Lead strategic development of process-focused projects by meeting with clients and process engineering teams to assess needs and develop architectural programs. Develop designs integrating equipment, processes, and people from conceptual design through construction documentation while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams. Author, review, and collaborate on proposals and construction drawings that incorporate regulatory, client, and industry standards. Mentor junior staff and build client relationships to drive new business pursuits. Travel as required for client development and project execution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Architecture or Master's of Architecture, or degree in a related field with demonstrated cGMP planning experience
- At least 10 years of related experience in a Process Architect role
- Proven track record of successfully delivering architectural projects from concept to completion, demonstrating a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of regulatory requirements (FDA, EU, cGMP, etc.), building codes, construction materials, and industry best practices
- Technical proficiency in Revit and MS Office software
- Excellent communication skills – including speaking, writing, and graphic communication - are a must
- Flexibility to travel (occasionally to moderate, depending on project location)
