Job Summary
Senior Process Architect within a multidisciplinary team focused on cGMP-compliant facilities, leading process-focused architectural design from concept through construction documentation, mentoring junior staff, developing client relationships, and collaborating with process engineers and marketing to support qualifications and proposals. Emphasis on integrating equipment, processes, and people in life-sciences facilities, with client-facing interactions and travel as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture, or degree in a related field with demonstrated cGMP planning experience
- At least 10 years of related experience in a Process Architect role
- Proven track record of delivering architectural projects from concept to completion with regulatory compliance (FDA, EU, cGMP)
- Technical proficiency in Revit and MS Office
- Excellent communication skills (speaking, writing, graphic communication)
- Ability to interpret building program requirements and generate design options
- Flexibility to travel (occasional to moderate)
- Strong time management and multi-project workflow abilities
