Job Summary
Lead process reinvention initiatives by owning discovery activities including process mapping, analysis, and stakeholder interviews to identify and solve complex process challenges. Apply process design and service design methodologies consistently while partnering with stakeholders to facilitate workshops and design-thinking activities. Contribute to the development of process reinvention standards, tools, and guidance, and support knowledge sharing across Operations, Technology, and Data & AI teams. Maintain autonomy in delivering meaningful business outcomes using data, automation, and emerging AI capabilities. This role supports the Data & AI Transformation team at Royal London Asset Management as part of a journey to become a more data and AI-enabled organisation.
