Job Summary
Senior PAM Specialist to design, implement, and manage the enterprise PAM solution across on-prem, cloud, and SaaS environments. Lead governance, entitlement reviews, break-glass monitoring, and elevated-access lifecycle controls; develop dashboards and KPIs to measure control effectiveness and ensure regulatory compliance (SOX, NYDFS); drive automation using PowerShell, Python, SQL, and workflow tools; serve as SME for PAM platforms such as BeyondTrust and Entra PIM; collaborate with Internal Audit, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and Application Owners to implement least-privilege designs and RBAC; strong background in IAM, Zero Trust, credential security, and cross-functional partnerships. Requires 5-7 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree; hybrid work arrangement with multiple U.S. office locations (Farmington, CT; Canton, MA; Boston, MA; Raleigh, NC).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in Privileged Access Management, Identity & Access Management, or Information Security
- Experience with Windows, Linux, networking fundamentals, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Experience supporting audits, compliance assessments, and privileged access risk remediation
- Familiarity with SailPoint, Identity Governance platforms, and audit/compliance tooling
- Experience with scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, Bash) and API integrations
