Job Summary
Manage portfolios of existing Private Equity Firm customers by ensuring value realization, collaborating with sales to drive feature adoption, and guiding renewals. Build deep relationships with key decision-makers to develop product adoption roadmaps aligned with business outcomes. Proactively monitor account health, secure renewal outcomes, and navigate complex commercial escalations. Uncover cross-sell and upsell opportunities to drive clients toward Carta's comprehensive ERP vision. Act as the primary escalation point for customer issues, resolve crises, and synthesize client feedback to influence the product roadmap. Partner with R&D, support, and internal teams to solve problems and improve engagement.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise client-facing experience
- backgrounds in Private Equity or Venture Capital
- quantitative aptitude
- professional polish required to advisor-sell and present to clients with sophisticated investment knowledge
- Proven track record of managing strategic account relationships
- utilizing exceptional communication, negotiation, and facilitation skills
