Job Summary
Own and execute the roadmap for Customer/Partner and Internal Facing Data Subject Rights (DSR) tools; improve integrations with DSR vendors to streamline opt-out and deletion signals; facilitate the distribution of DSR requests to downstream advertising platforms; lead automation and optimization of DSR processes; optimize the user opt-out and deletion experience on LiveRamp.com; collaborate with marketing to document opt-out and data deletion processes; work with cross-functional teams to implement DSR tools and Data Ethics initiatives; lead discussions with customers on DSR administration; provide guidance on DSR processes to internal teams and external customers. Your team upholds data ethics and privacy rights, and ensures proper data use and minimization. About you: knowledge of GDPR and CCPA, familiarity with regional/state privacy regulations, Scrum/agile methodologies, roadmap planning and prioritization, digital advertising industry knowledge, and awareness of privacy implications in advertising.
