Job Summary
Senior Principal Technical Program Manager leading end-to-end data center build and fit-out programs, spanning construction, facilities, network, hardware, power/thermal, security, supply chain, and operations. Drive cross-functional alignment, requirements, integrated schedule, milestone management, dependency tracking, and change control; establish program mechanisms (weekly reviews, risk/issue management, decision logs, launch/readiness gates, executive reporting); manage critical-path planning and unblock constraints; ensure operational readiness for handover with documentation, runbooks, acceptance criteria, testing/validation, and clear ownership transitions; provide timely updates to senior leadership on status, risks, and tradeoffs with recommended options.
