Job Summary
Senior/Principal Technical Architect - AI/ML at Snowflake. Lead strategic advisory engagements for customers, designing data science workloads on Snowflake, building ML pipelines using Snowflake features and ecosystem tools, and coordinating with Systems Integrators to deliver successful outcomes. Responsibilities include delivering best-practice guidance on data science workloads, hands-on development with SQL and Python to create POCs, maintaining knowledge of competitive technologies, and collaborating with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to improve Snowflake offerings. Requirements include 6+ years of customer-facing technical experience, a degree in a related field, strong presentation skills, deep understanding of the full data science lifecycle, MLOps expertise, and hands-on experience with one or more cloud platforms and DS tools.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in data science, computer science, engineering, mathematics or related fields, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 6 years experience working with customers in a pre-sales or post-sales technical role
- Hands-on scripting experience with SQL and at least one of Python, Java or Scala
- Experience with libraries such as Pandas, PyTorch, TensorFlow, SciKit-Learn or similar
- Experience with at least one public cloud platform (AWS, Azure or GCP)
