Senior/Principal Talent Management & Culture Partner

Job Summary

Design and implement talent management and culture programs, including new hire onboarding, goal setting, mid-year reviews, promotions, and employee engagement surveys. Provide training and consultation to managers while monitoring program effectiveness and recommending improvements aligned with best practices. Lead execution of initiatives, facilitate systems set-up, support organizational change efforts, and develop communications strategies to drive adoption across diverse audiences. Serve as a subject matter expert on talent topics, proactively anticipate workforce needs, and translate complex business issues into clear messages that support organizational objectives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, psychology, sociology, communications, human resources or other related field
  • Equivalent experience to a bachelor's degree
  • Five or more years in human resources
  • At least two years in the area of discipline or equivalent
  • Experience engaging with employees and managers
  • Intermediate knowledge of PGE's policies, procedures and plans
  • Advanced knowledge of best practices related to area of discipline
  • Advanced skills in project management
  • Advanced skills in facilitation and presentations
  • Intermediate skills in systems and programs used in functional area, including data retrieval
  • Advanced customer focus skills
  • Intermediate safety leadership skills
  • Advanced skills in change leadership
  • Advanced skills in analytical thinking
  • Advanced skills in problem solving

Desired Qualifications

  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP
  • Other HR certifications (e.g., CEBS, CBP, CCP, AIRS, ATD)
