Job Summary
The Senior Principal Solutions Architect will provide strategic leadership for enterprise-wide resiliency initiatives, ensuring technology platforms meet stringent availability and disaster recovery standards. Responsibilities include defining the enterprise resiliency vision, developing a multi-year resiliency roadmap, establishing resiliency standards for hybrid and cloud-native environments, leading enterprise-wide resiliency assessments, and serving as a trusted advisor to executive leadership. Candidates should possess a proven track record in resiliency strategy, disaster recovery, and high-availability architecture, along with strategic thinking skills and a strong understanding of financial services regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
Desired Qualifications
- Deep knowledge of resiliency patterns, observability, and automated recovery pipelines
- Expertise in designing public cloud and hybrid infrastructure solutions
- Strong understanding of financial services regulatory requirements for operational resilience
- Proficiency in Java, Linux, SQL, and scripting for proof-of-concept development
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (ISO 22301, NIST SP 800-34) and risk management practices
