Job Summary
Evaluate requirements, estimate costs, and design and implement solutions and services that delight caregivers. Define and implement quality criteria using measurements to validate the experience, while managing risks, dependencies, and compromises across broader ecosystems. Act as the primary technical expert in multiple areas, documenting systems and writing code spanning the software engineering ecosystem. Drive multiple projects to successful completion by maintaining composure under pressure and demonstrating personal accountability for the quality and completeness of the entire solution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or equivalent education/experience
- 12 years related experience
- software development experience
- at least 5 years as a lead engineer
- Extensive experience with object-oriented programming in C#, Java, Python or equivalent
- Experience with source code control systems such as Git
- Extensive SQL integration development experience with SQL/noSQL including data modelings and abstractions
- Extensive experience with Agile software development methodologies and tools such as Azure DevOps, TFS, and Jira
- Extensive experience with Azure/AWS/hybrid and other cloud technologies
- Experience designing and successfully implementing a highly complex project
- Proven track record as a technical leader for large complex enterprise-wide projects
Desired Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or equivalent education/experience
- Experience in a healthcare setting
- software development experience preferred
