Senior Principal Site Selection Manager

Lead global analytics and market research to identify site selection opportunities for data centers; negotiate leases and commercial terms with data center operators; construct and negotiate complex lease agreements and related documents including Master Service Agreements, NRC service orders, operating agreements and amendments. Drive strong commercial terms, align base build and data hall design to specifications, and ensure on-time delivery and compliance. Collaborate with capacity planning, design and data hall engineering, construction, delivery, legal, security, networking, compliance and operations; prepare investment write-ups and governance presentations in collaboration with stakeholders for internal governance.
