Job Summary
Lead complex cloud implementations, including legacy modernization and on-prem to cloud migrations, while serving as the primary escalation point for multi-domain technical issues. Partner with client and internal stakeholders to align on scope, execute delivery plans, and drive resolution of high-severity incidents using diagnostic tools to ensure environment readiness. Mentor Cloud Delivery Specialists, contribute to delivery best practices and tooling improvements, and capture client feedback for Product and Engineering. This fully remote role within the Cloud Acceleration Group supports Pega's cloud delivery practices and requires US citizenship or permanent residence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- 8+ years of relevant industry experience
