Job Summary
Senior Principal Scientist leads planning and directing clinical research activities for oncology medicines, overseeing study design, execution, regulatory reporting, and publication across pre-clinical to post-licensure stages; travels ~20% for project management and external collaborations; requires MD or MD/PhD with strong clinical and translational medicine experience, demonstrated scientific scholarship, and ability to work in large cross-functional teams across commercialization, regulatory affairs, statistics, and manufacturing.
Required Qualifications
- MD or MD/PhD
- Minimum 2 years of clinical medicine experience in adult or pediatric oncology and/or hematology
- Minimum 1 year of drug-development/pharmaceutical industry experience or biomedical research experience in academia/fellowship
- Demonstrated record of scientific scholarship and achievement
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, cross-functional teamwork
