Job Summary
Lead proposal development from pre-planning through submission and post-submittal, establishing schedules, compliance matrices, and content plans while partnering with capture leadership to define win strategies. Manage writing volumes including management, technical, and past performance sections by interviewing SMEs and translating complex concepts into persuasive content. Engineer high-caliber oral presentations by developing scripts, slide decks, and visual narratives, then coach teams on delivery and execute rehearsals with mock evaluation panels. Coordinate geographically dispersed teams across Federal, FEDSIM, and commercial procurements, applying Gen AI responsibly to accelerate development. Monitor quality for compliance and evaluator focus, leading solution sessions and recovery plans as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 15+ years of professional experience
- Master's degree
- 13+ years of professional experience
- Minimum five years supporting Federal proposals valued at $100M+
- Demonstrated experience across proposal management, proposal writing, oral presentations, slide development, and orals coaching
- Experience supporting traditional Federal, FEDSIM, GWAC, IDIQ, and commercial procurements
- Demonstrated record of producing high-scoring proposals and successful oral presentations
- Strong knowledge of the Federal acquisition process and proposal best practices
- Ability to synthesize customer requirements, solution strategy, technical content, pricing, and win themes into compelling deliverables
- Exceptional writing, editing, facilitation, presentation, and organizational skills
- Experience leading geographically dispersed proposal teams
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint
- Extensive experience using Gen AI responsibly throughout proposal development
- U.S. Citizenship

- APMP certification or equivalent proposal credentials
