Job Summary
Senior Principal Program Manager leads as Chief Technologist of the microelectronics group, overseeing technology roadmaps, R&D programs and investments, and shaping the organization’s technology strategy while serving as SME. Responsibilities include advising leadership on trends and investments, collaborating with ACE and cross-functional teams, directing workforce development for microelectronics, coordinating company-wide microelectronics issues and opportunities, representing capabilities at tradeshows/conferences, building brand recognition, fostering customer relationships and industry/academic partnerships, presenting executive-level material to inform decisions, and reporting to sector president with dotted line into GM. Strong emphasis on strategic leadership, cross-functional program management, and external engagement with customers, partners, and academia.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, marketing, economics, engineering, computer science, or related quantitative field
- Minimum of 15 years of prior related experience or Graduate degree and a minimum of 13 years of prior related experience
