Job Summary
Senior/Principal Program Manager needed to lead platform initiatives in Coupang's Taiwan expansion, driving data quality, search discovery, and user experience improvements. Responsibilities include roadmap management, metric optimization (notably catalogs operations), cross-functional collaboration with Tech, Data Analytics, and Product teams, bottleneck identification and automated solution delivery, and data-driven reporting to leadership. Fluent English and Mandarin required; experience in e-commerce/tech is preferred. Strong data analysis, stakeholder management, and ability to translate insights into actionable plans are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Product Management, or related operations/business roles.
