Job Summary
Senior/Principal Product Manager to own the strategy, vision, and roadmap for a major product area within SecurityScorecard, driving cross-functional alignment across engineering, design, data, and business stakeholders. Define and deliver customer-facing features and platform capabilities, with a focus on agentic AI workflows that reduce manual effort, including human-in-the-loop systems and AI-assisted decision-making. Partner with AI engineering to define agent behavior, escalation logic, and evaluation frameworks; treat AI pipelines as products requiring iteration. Identify opportunities to embed intelligent automation into existing workflows by starting from customer pain points. Operate as a product leader, influence without authority, and support the growth of other PMs through pairing and feedback. Create and maintain documentation, guidelines, and best practices that scale knowledge across teams.
