Job Summary
Senior/Principal Product Manager to own high-impact AI-enabled product initiatives across SecurityScorecard's platform. You will drive strategy, execution, and evolution of capabilities that deliver measurable value, working at the intersection of product, engineering, data, and AI with a high degree of autonomy. Lead the design and delivery of agentic AI workflows (human-in-the-loop systems, autonomous task execution, AI-assisted decision-making) to reduce manual effort, define and track adoption/quality metrics, partner with AI engineering on pipelines and governance, and collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to shape outcomes. Strong emphasis on roadmap alignment, customer value, and scaling product problems across a B2B SaaS context; experience with AI features like LLM integration and intelligent automation is required. Mentoring PMs and contributing to the growth of the product org is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or similar
- Demonstrated experience defining and delivering AI-powered product features (including agentic workflows, LLM integration, or intelligent automation) with ownership over outcomes
- Strong technical fluency: system design, APIs, data models, and AI pipelines; ability to discuss tradeoffs with engineers
- Proven ability to set direction, align stakeholders, and drive outcomes at a senior level without direct authority
- Data-driven decision maker with experience defining product metrics to guide strategy
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience in cybersecurity, compliance, or risk management is preferred
- Prior experience mentoring PMs or contributing to building a product organization
