Job Summary
Lead and mentor the Cooling Water Team within the SMR program, shaping technical strategies and ensuring regulatory compliance. Oversee development of safety and functional requirements, production of design packages, and management of interfaces between engineering teams, suppliers, and stakeholders. Develop clear technical specifications, maintain equipment lists and schedules, and proactively manage risk and opportunities to optimize system performance, cost, and project success. Possess FEED-to-Detailed Design experience, strong multi-disciplinary leadership, and expertise in cooling water equipment design and modelling. Requirements include Chartered Engineer (CEng), SC clearance eligibility, ability to travel to UK offices and sites, and adaptability to a hybrid work model (1-2 days remote per week) in the UK.
