Job Summary
Lead complex insurance transformation engagements by developing diagnostics, strategies, road maps, and business cases for large-scale client projects. Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify, sell, and deliver consulting projects focused on strategic transformation across the insurance value chain, including distribution, underwriting, and claims management. Build and maintain strong client relationships while contributing to the firm through recruitment, mentoring, and generating intellectual property such as POV's and whitepapers. Achieve revenue contribution and utilization targets while fostering a result-oriented culture within diverse teams.
Required Qualifications
- Deep Insurance industry experience and domain knowledge
- Experience in delivering transformation across Insurance value chain
- Business / IT advisory experience
- Experience on alignment of Business architecture and Business visions
- Business improvement capability
- Delivery and business development experience in business transformation
- Ability to effectively engage with senior stakeholders
- Proven ability to lead, develop and guide teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Ability to establish, maintain and develop strong relationships
- Ability to respect and successfully handle diverse cultures and views
