Job Summary
Lead and manage embankment dam engineering projects from concept through to detailed design and construction support for a globally recognized infrastructure firm. Provide technical leadership across multidisciplinary teams, oversee geotechnical investigations, ensure design aligns with ANCOLD guidelines and project requirements, and support business growth through proposals and mentoring of junior staff. Possess a relevant tertiary degree with certification (CPEng, RPEV) and proven dams-sector experience; demonstrate strong client relationships, organizational skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality outcomes on time. The role offers flexible, hybrid work arrangements and exposure to major water infrastructure projects in Australia.
