Job Summary
Senior Principal Engineer leading GETC hardware discipline with hybrid work arrangement in Aguadilla, PR. Leads technical strategy and execution across SBUs, standardizes engineering processes, ensures product readiness through verification and validation, mentors engineers, and represents the SBU in external forums. Responsibilities include coordinating with ART team on emerging technologies, governance through reviews and design assessments, and driving continuous improvement in process efficiency, product quality, and time-to-market. Requires STEM degree with substantial relevant experience and DoD security clearance eligibility; U.S. citizenship is required. Offers hybrid work with 3 days onsite and 2 remote, located in Puerto Rico, with no relocation.
Required Qualifications
- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience
- Demonstrated professional experience communicating in English (verbal and written).
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
- Must have or be capable of obtaining a US Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance.
