Job Summary
Develop the engineering approach for Generative AI solutions across GM Reg Reporting, defining strategy and leading technical oversight for teams to deliver scalable, reliable architectures. Lead planning, design, and implementation of complex features spanning multiple teams while exploring state-of-the-art technologies to improve development efficiencies and test coverage. Define the technology tool stack and end-to-end test strategy, collaborating with Global Markets GenAI Technology to implement AI tools across Regulatory Reporting. Drive technical strategy and solution design for multi-tier application platforms leveraging proprietary and open-source Large Language Models.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Strong experience in Machine Learning, Data Analytics, AI
- Knowledge of Generative AI and machine learning frameworks, products, and tools for agentic solutions
- Extensive experience in designing & implementing multi-tier (including microservices) application platforms
- Advanced proficiency in Python, including object-oriented techniques, and REST API development
- In-depth knowledge of databases, large structured & unstructured dataset processing, and messaging
- Proven ability to partner effectively with business stakeholders to drive technology strategy and align with organizational goals
- A self-starter attitude quickly adapts to new technologies and industry trends
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work independently and in a collaborative environment
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- Experience implementing Generative AI solutions
- Experience in Capital Markets or similar environment
