Job Summary
Develop the engineering approach for Generative AI solutions across GM Reg Reporting, defining technical strategy and leading the design of complex features spanning multiple teams. Deliver technology enablers that improve development efficiencies while continuously enhancing solution design, quality, and reuse. Lead technical oversight for teams, including design reviews and code within your domain, and define the technology tool stack using approved internal technologies. Explore state-of-the-art technologies to improve test/QA coverage and release management, and lead the end-to-end test strategy and team integration. Partner with the Global Markets GenAI Technology team to implement Generative AI tools across Regulatory Reporting.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Strong experience in Machine Learning, Data Analytics, AI
- Knowledge of Generative AI and machine learning frameworks, products, and tools for agentic solutions
- Extensive experience in designing & implementing multi-tier (including microservices) application platforms
- Advanced proficiency in Python, including object-oriented techniques, and REST API development
- In-depth knowledge of databases, large structured & unstructured dataset processing, and messaging
- Proven ability to partner effectively with business stakeholders to drive technology strategy and align with organizational goals
- A self-starter attitude quickly adapts to new technologies and industry trends
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work independently and in a collaborative environment
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering
Desired Qualifications
- Experience implementing Generative AI solutions highly desirable
- Experience in Capital Markets or similar environment
