Job Summary
Senior/Principal Engineer leads the implementation and maintenance of a digital cloud platform for Air Traffic Management (ATM) within the ANS Engineering Division. The role emphasizes cloud design and solution architecting, cloud engineering and infrastructure management, cloud security, IT service management, software change management, and product development with Agile project management. It also focuses on data integration/management, prototype development, knowledge transfer, government procurement, and planning/managing development budgets. Candidates should have 3–5 years of experience in cloud systems and AWS or equivalent certification, be able to extract requirements, draft specifications, manage vendors and stakeholders, analyze technical faults, and work both independently and as part of a team. The position offers opportunities to deepen expertise in ATM/ANS and aviation domains, DevOps/CI–CD practices, and related governance and procurement activities.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience in Planning, designing, implementing, managing and/or maintaining cloud systems/ applications
- Certified Cloud Engineer/Solution Architect such as in AWS or equivalent
- Able to extract and analyze requirements as well as draft specifications
- Able to articulate business needs
- Able to manage vendors and stakeholders to meet objectives
- Able to perform deep analysis of technical fault and recommend viable solutions
- Able to work in a fast pace and dynamic environment
- Able to work independently and as an active team member
