Senior Principal Electrical Engineer - IVV Lead (Onsite)

Lead the development, documentation, and execution of the program's Integration, Verification, and Validation (IVV) strategy, coordinating planning across systems engineering, software, hardware, test, quality, and manufacturing teams. Ensure all technical, functional, and performance requirements are fully verified and validated against customer expectations by developing plans, processes, procedures, and test cases aligned with program schedules. Oversee system component integration, manage resolution of related issues, and ensure verification activities maintain clear traceability to requirements. Track IVV progress, risks, and technical issues while providing regular status updates to program leadership and collaborating with customer representatives during formal verification events, audits, and acceptance testing. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members supporting IVV tasks and champion continuous improvement initiatives in IVV methods, tools, and best practices.
