Senior Principal Electrical Engineer - CPTL (Onsite)

Lead the Hardware team interfacing with Chief Engineers and Program Managers to prioritize tasks, define scope, and ensure technical goals are achieved. Take ownership of technical project execution from design and development through production, presenting project status to leadership and customers. Break down work packages and tasking for execution while maintaining and overseeing Earned Value Management (EVM) as a Cost Account Manager. Coordinate intensively across stakeholders and work with Mechanical, Firmware, Test, and System Engineering teams to manage the program budget and schedule. Manage all phases of the product life including design, brainstorming, supplier support, and manufacturing activities.
