Job Summary
Develop system architectures, CONOPS, and use cases using model-based systems engineering methodologies. Perform system requirements analysis and lead tool-to-tool integration within the Digital Engineering Ecosystem. Automate multi-disciplinary workflows and support partner onboarding into the DE environment. Create analytical interfaces and merge data sets across functional disciplines to enhance end-user visibility. This role requires a Secret clearance and 8+ years of experience in Systems Engineering or MBSE. Located onsite in Redondo Beach, Rancho Bernardo, or Melbourne, with a 9/80 schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM) discipline AND 8 years of related professional/military experience
- Master of Science degree in a STEM discipline AND 6 years of related professional/military experience
- STEM Ph.D. AND 4 years of related professional/military experience
- active US Government Secret (or higher) clearance (with a background investigation within the past 6 years or enrolled into Continuous Evaluation)
- ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance, within a reasonable amount of time as determined by business needs
- familiarity with Systems Engineering
- experience collaborating across engineering disciplines to architect, design, or implement complex systems
- experience in Model based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
- U.S. Citizenship
Desired Qualifications
- Current, active Top Secret clearance
- Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Software Engineering
- Experience with Cameo Enterprise Architecture and the Systems Modeling Language (SysML)
- Experience developing various DODAF views, especially Operational and Functional viewpoints, using MBSE tools like Cameo
- Experience with Agile product development
- Experience using the Atlassian Suite
- Experience in Digital Ecosystem design and maturity
