Job Summary

Analyze system requirements, acquisition plans, and concept of operations documents to develop evaluation and test plans and procedures. Prepare for and conduct data collection and analysis, then report status and results. Support the development of Government test and evaluation documentation, including Test & Evaluation Master Plans, Event Test Plans, and Test Readiness Assessments. Work with other test organizations to support program integration and provide specialized T&E capabilities tailored to system functions and maturity. Review planned acquisition approaches to align T&E schedules with decision maker needs. Specify, validate, and adapt Modeling and Simulation for T&E use, while applying statistical analysis to characterize confidence in performance estimates. Execute evaluation plans on collected data, coordinate testing tasks, and establish data management capabilities. Assess operational and system performance requirements for testability, frame evaluation planning, and design surveys for Subject Matter Expert input. Participate in Integrated Product Teams to coordinate evaluation plans and produce reports, analysis plans, and risk assessments. Provide technical direction to Level 1 tasks, maintain knowledge of evolving standards, and serve as primary liaison to the government for contract coordination. Manage T&E resources, ensure quality assurance of test processes, and drive innovation to manage program risk.

Required Qualifications

  • Active and Current TS/SCI with Polygraph
  • High School Diploma with 12 years of experience
  • Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience
  • Degree must be in a STEM field
  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Experience conducting research into and apply knowledge of Government test and evaluation concepts and related engineering, acquisition, and operations activities

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience analyzing user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements
  • CNO development concepts
