Senior Principal Consultant

Senior Principal Consultant responsible for end-to-end marquee Public Sector accounts within Progress Federal Solutions' SLED portfolio. Role combines senior technical delivery leadership and customer success management, serving as the executive point of contact for customer leadership and partnering with the Account Executive to drive account growth. You will own program management, customer success, and account health across a portfolio of concurrent projects on the Progress Data Platform, translate mission goals into solution architectures with the Dev Lead, manage delivery cadence and value reporting, triage delivery issues, and identify new business opportunities. The role requires hands-on delivery with a 50% billable target, on-site rotations with the customer, and strong executive communication skills. Public sector experience, ability to be on-site regularly, and comfort with on-site and remote collaboration are essential, with base salary range $153,000–$180,000 and additional compensation potential.
