Job Summary
Oversee consulting projects involving strategy development, organizational restructuring, and business management to maximize efficiencies. Partner with senior management to determine long-term goals by analyzing client business needs and recommending changes for improvements. Provide healthcare service and solution consultancy while leveraging capabilities in Lean Six Sigma, digital health platforms, and AI-enabled solutions to optimize workflows and capacity. Manage large, moderately complex initiatives from design through implementation, often acting as a mentor to colleagues or directing lower-level professionals.
Required Qualifications
- Baccalaureate degree
- 10 years of relevant experience
