Job Summary
Oversee consulting projects involving strategy development, organizational restructuring, and business management to maximize efficiencies. Partner with senior management to analyze client business needs, determine long-term goals, and recommend changes for improved patient care pathways. Leverage Lean Six Sigma methodologies, digital health platforms, and AI-enabled solutions to optimize workflows, enhance capacity, and support clinical decision-making. Manage large, complex initiatives with cross-functional teams while providing guidance and training to colleagues.
Required Qualifications
- Baccalaureate degree
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
- Advanced degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
- Mastery level knowledge of specialty area
- Working knowledge of several other areas
- Deep knowledge of project management
