Job Summary
Partner with business leaders to identify, prioritize, and develop business cases for high-impact operational efficiency opportunities. Build and manage a portfolio of transformation initiatives aligned to strategic objectives, translating challenges into scalable AI-enabled solutions and agentic workflows. Lead pilots and implementations with technology teams and vendors to deliver measurable outcomes while supporting change management, training, and stakeholder engagement. Establish governance frameworks to measure value realization and shape future service offerings for enterprise and mid-market organizations modernizing core systems and supply chains.
Required Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience in management/operations consulting, technology consulting, agentic transformation, or related fields
- Experience leading complex business or technology transformation initiatives
- Strong business case development, modeling, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving abilities
- Team player driven by business value creation who engages across organizational design, technical architecture, and agentic AI implementation
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with AI, automation, or enterprise technology implementations
- Familiarity with generative AI, LLMs, agentic systems, workflow automation, and knowledge management platforms
- Experience evaluating and implementing SaaS and enterprise technology solutions
