Job Summary
As a Senior Principal Compensation Partner, you will partner with HR BPs, TAPs, and business leaders to provide compensation guidance and solutions. Responsibilities include conducting internal pay equity analyses, leading the annual compensation planning cycle, and supporting the execution of compensation initiatives. You are expected to demonstrate strong analytical skills, manage multiple assignments, and maintain data accuracy while navigating rapid changes. Required qualifications include 5-10+ years of experience in Compensation or related fields, and proficiency in data analysis.
Required Qualifications
- 5-10+ years Compensation or related experience
- Strong technical and analytical skills
- Ability to collect and analyze data and prepare executive summary and recommendations
- Strong attention to details and excellent organizational and project management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle highly sensitive information
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Payscale and/or Payfactors preferred
