Job Summary
Develop Revit models, families, and contract documents for water, wastewater, and pump station facility projects. Lay out process mechanical piping and equipment to create enlarged plans, sections, and details. Coordinate with site civil, structural, architectural, HVAC, electrical, and I&C disciplines to identify and resolve design conflicts. Perform clash detection at submittal milestones, incorporate engineer red lines and review comments, and verify deliverables comply with Hazen and client CAD/BIM standards. This role requires a Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of experience and proficiency in Autodesk Revit and FORMA. Starting pay range is $90,000 - $110,000. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of relevant experience, or associate degree/technical certification with 10+ years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Autodesk FORMA, formerly Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D is preferred
- Experience leading and coordinating construction contract drawings for medium- and large-scale projects
- Experience mentoring early-career designers
- Hands-on Revit experience, especially with MEP design
- Process Mechanical Revit experience
- Experience collaborating across disciplines
- Water or wastewater industry experience
