Job Summary

Advise and lead architecture strategy across multiple products, applications, and technologies while translating complex technical trends to drive firm innovation. Establish and lead an architecture governance body, creating durable software frameworks that improve velocity and quality. Partner across domains to reduce tooling duplication, maintain authoritative technology lifecycle governance, and improve decision traceability through clear standards and architectural guardrails. Evaluate emerging capabilities for enterprise fit, including safe adoption of enterprise-authorized AI with human-in-the-loop validation and sensitive data handling. Champion the firm's culture of diversity, inclusion, and respect within Global Technology Enterprise Architecture.

Required Qualifications

  • 10 plus years of applied experience and formal training or certification on Architecture concepts
  • Practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
  • Expertise in one or more architecture disciplines
  • Demonstrated prior experience influencing across functions and teams to deliver modern architecture
  • Experience applying expertise and new methods to determine solutions for complex architecture problems across various technical disciplines
  • Extensive practical cloud native experience
  • Ability to evaluate current and emerging technologies to recommend the best technology solutions and approaches to achieve the future state architecture
  • Deep enterprise expertise across Application & Collaboration Platforms Architecture areas including collaboration and communication ecosystems, document/content lifecycle management, multimedia toolchains, secure-by-design governance and compliance, integration/interoperability patterns, reliability and lifecycle operations, portfolio rationalization, financial/TCO decisioning, and executive-level change leadership
  • Strong understanding of hybrid and multi-cloud operational models
  • Demonstrated experience leading safe adoption of enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment across architecture workflows, including validation practices and awareness of data sensitivity

Desired Qualifications

  • Advanced certifications in cloud, enterprise architecture, ITSM, SRE, or security disciplines
  • Expertise in operational automation, event intelligence, and self-healing workflows integrated with ticketing and incident processes
  • Experience with enterprise CMDB and asset intelligence programs that improve control compliance and cost transparency
  • Familiarity with financial-services regulatory and control frameworks for operational resilience and auditability
