Job Summary
Senior Principal AI System Architect to lead system-level architecture for advanced memory technology and AI inference infrastructure. Focus on compute-memory bottlenecks, bandwidth and latency management; analyze workload requirements and map to hardware to optimize performance, power efficiency, and scalability. Collaborate on chiplet/SoC and software co-design, explore in-memory and near-memory computing, and design memory subsystems, cache hierarchies, and system interconnects. Provide technical leadership, produce documentation and IP designs, and guide design teams. Requires Master’s or Ph.D. in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science, 10+ years in system architecture/memory development, deep memory tech knowledge (DRAM, DDR, LPDDR, GDDR, NAND), familiarity with AI accelerators/GPUs/Neural Processing Engines, and proficiency in C/C++, Python, RTL, and system-level modeling.
Required Qualifications
- Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science
- 10+ years in System Architecture, SoC Design, and memory system development
- Deep knowledge of memory technologies including DRAM, DDR, LPDDR, GDDR, NAND
- Understanding of AI accelerators, GPUs, and Neural Processing Engines
- Proficiency in C/C++, Python, RTL design, and system-level modeling
- Strong knowledge of PCIe, CXL, NoCs, ethernet, RDMA
- Excellent communication and mentorship abilities
