Job Summary
Lead strategic pricing and packaging recommendations to drive growth for ServiceNow's product portfolio; partner with Product Pricing Strategy leadership to develop monetization strategies across the portfolio informed by customer segmentation, data-driven insights, market dynamics, and strategic objectives; collaborate on initiatives such as pricing model updates, packaging decisions, and product promotions; use qualitative and quantitative market insights to develop future-facing pricing and packaging models that capture monetization potential from AI-driven trends; define, track and measure pricing KPIs and identify actionable insights to improve pricing and packaging strategy; manage key stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment on monetization changes; operationalize monetization strategies across product management, operations, sales, marketing, finance, and legal; leverage experience in integrating AI into workflows and decision-making; successful track record in leading pricing and packaging strategies for software businesses; strong analytics capabilities including surveys and A/B testing; 6+ years in enterprise tech and 4+ years in management consulting preferred; Bachelor's degree in quantitative fields with a graduate degree a plus; compensation includes base pay, equity where applicable, and additional benefits at location-based scales.
