Job Summary

Operationalize pricing policy across CPQ and ERP to enable accurate quoting, translating discounts, promotions, bundles, and terms into configurable rules and logic. Define pricing matrices, discount waterfalls, product catalogs, and approval flows; collaborate with the Proposal-to-Order Lead, IT/Systems, Pricing Strategy, Product, and Sales leadership to design, test, and troubleshoot pricing configurations; develop documentation and seek automation opportunities; provide pricing training and enablement to Sales; gather feedback on pricing effectiveness and synthesize insights to inform future pricing decisions.

Required Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of experience in Pricing Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar analytical role
  • Experience defining pricing rules and partnering with engineers to implement them in CRM/CPQ systems (Salesforce CPQ preferred; Oracle CPQ, Zuora CPQ also valued)
  • Strong understanding of pricing methodologies, discount structures, and SaaS sales motions
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
  • Strong communicator who can clearly explain pricing concepts to Sales and cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, Looker, Hex, or similar pricing analytics tools
  • Bonus: Familiarity with financial reporting and revenue recognition principles
  • Project management experience coordinating cross-functional pricing initiatives
