Job Summary
Analyze pricing trends, rate plan performance, ARPU, and margin metrics to inform commercial strategy decisions. Develop and maintain pricing analytics dashboards and reporting tools while building self-service solutions in collaboration with Finance and Revenue Operations. Conduct competitive market analysis and perform ad hoc pricing analysis to surface actionable insights and support executive reporting. Own pricing governance documentation and share analytical methodologies to strengthen team capability. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data infrastructure supports accurate, repeatable reporting and to translate complex data into clear insights for stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience in pricing analytics, revenue operations analytics, or commercial finance analytics
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with experience in pricing, revenue, or commercial analytics
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as BigQuery, Excel, Looker, or similar platforms
- Experience with data visualization and dashboard development
- High accuracy and meticulous attention to detail
- High level of critical and logical thinking, analysis and/or reasoning to identify underlying principles, reasons, or facts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to translate complex data into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- A strong team-player with the ability to engage with all levels of the organization
- Technical competence using software programs, including, but not limited to, Google Suite for business (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
- SQL experience is an asset
- Entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable in a flat organization
