Job Summary
Senior Pricing Analyst role within Chaucer’s Reinsurance Pricing team, supporting pricing across Property, Specialty and Casualty Treaty and Cyber portfolios. Responsibilities include supporting account pricing and underwriter pricing, designing and enhancing Excel-based pricing models and analytics, collaborating with underwriters and actuarial colleagues, developing modelling techniques to improve data quality and efficiency, documenting models, presenting findings to stakeholders, and pursuing IFoA qualification. Desirable skills include London Market pricing experience, strong interpersonal and analytical abilities, and proficiency in Python/R/SQL with Excel/VBA. Education path includes Part-Qualified Actuary with progression through IFoA exams; 2.1 or a first degree in Mathematics or a numeric subject. Flexible working arrangements are encouraged.
