Job Summary
Senior Pricing Analyst role to develop, refine, and maintain pricing models for fee proposals, AFAs, and negotiations; analyze profitability trends and historical matter data to generate actionable insights; support cross-border matters with pricing proposals and scenario modelling; collaborate with Finance, BD, Legal Project Management, and Practice Groups to align pricing strategy and matter economics; contribute to pricing tools, templates, and client-facing materials; hybrid work pattern with minimum 3 days in UK offices (London, Birmingham, Leeds).
Required Qualifications
- Experience in pricing or similar roles—ideally within law firms or professional services environment
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and financial modelling capability
- Ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights clearly to non-financial stakeholders
- Confident, proactive, and comfortable working with senior stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high‐quality output
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
