Job Summary
Senior Pricing Analyst responsible for evaluating local market trends in billing rates and profitability, assisting with pricing proposals for client pitches, modeling matter profitability, designing budgeting templates, and delivering pricing analytics and reports to support firm management and attorneys. Requires strong Excel (formulas, pivots, macros), experience with data manipulation, and familiarity with pricing drivers, alternative fee arrangements, and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau). Experience with legal pricing and profitability, ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication with senior management, attorneys, and staff. Prefer familiarity with financial management systems (e.g., Elite 3E, Aderant) or BI tools; bachelor’s degree in business/economics/law/finance/accounting/project management; 3+ years of relevant experience; large law firm experience preferred.
