Job Summary
Design scalable payment solutions for prospective partners by presenting Wise Platform products to executive and technical teams at banks and enterprises. Lead compelling solution presentations, deliver product demos, and work cross-functionally to build strategies that navigate complex sales cycles from discovery through implementation kickoff. Utilize deep product knowledge to tailor solutions, create sales collateral, and test end-to-end viability while extracting requirements from partners. Share customer feedback to drive product roadmaps and influence feature prioritization. Travel to meet prospects around the region and collaborate with sales, delivery, and engineering teams. This role drives revenue targets and shapes the global money network.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3+ years experience in a presales or sales engineering role engaged in enterprise technology sales
- preferably in fintech / payments
- Experience with REST APIs, SWIFT, local payment networks, especially in the context of technical sales and solution design
- Proven track record achieving commercial targets by leveraging consultative and solution-based sales skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- ability to effectively present complex concepts to both technical and business audiences
- Established history of effective collaboration within or alongside financial institutions
- demonstrating a strong grasp of their challenges and needs
- experience communicating customer requirements to internal Product teams
- This is a hybrid position located in São Paulo, Brazil, and not fully remote (minimum 3 days at office)
- You must be able to commute to the office or open to self-relocation
- You're eligible to work in Brazil, we cannot sponsor Visas for this role
